This training module addresses the following topics:

  • Holland’s theory of congruence between personality and occupation / work environment
  • Ginzberg’s model and Donald Super’s professional development theory
  • Key factors influencing career choice and the importance of psychological approach
  • IVAP tests, Potential Test and BasicCheck
  • Self-reflection phase and setting goals

Training objectives

All candidates who successfully complete this training will be able to:

  • Interpret the results of IVAP tests (interests, values, abilities, and preferences) as well as Potential Test.
  • Provide advice to students on aligning occupations with IVAP and Potential Test scores
  • Provide answers to students' questions in case they do not find the desired occupation among the recommended occupations, the reason or explanation, what are the factors and reasons that make an occupation not be among the first, etc.
  • Explain IVAP and Potential Test instruments.

Learning methodology

To ensure effective learning of training materials, the following working methodologies are applied:

  • Theory
  • Demonstration
  • Discussion

The training is taught through the presentation in the training room or virtually through the ZOOM platform, where the trainer and the assistant explain the module. Candidates are provided with the module book and are given space for discussion.

Training Duration

16 training hours per 2 days

Certification

Candidates have the opportunity to obtain a certificate after successful evaluation in the following criteria:
