This training enables candidates to understand the importance of the alignment between the education system and the labor market. The module also enables them to use the electronic module to understand the needs of the labor market and identify stakeholders for the educational institution.

Training objectives

All candidates who successfully complete this training will be able to:

  • Understand the electronic modules Business Request for Profiles and Competency Analysis
  • Explain the functionalities of electronic modules
  • Create different questionnaires
  • Summarize results from the collected questionnaires
  • Present results to the NQA and other authorities

Learning methodology

To ensure effective learning of training materials, the following working methodologies are applied:

  • Discussion

The training is taught through presentation in the training room or virtually through the ZOOM platform, where the trainer and assistant explain the module. Candidates are provided the module material and are given space for discussion.

Training Duration

This training program consists of 16 hours, from which there are:

  • 8 hours of training
  • 4 hours of e-learning
  • 4 hours of mentoring

Certification

Candidates have the opportunity to obtain a certificate after successful evaluation in the following criteria:

  1. Participation in training
  2. Tasks to be completed for certification
