This training enables candidates to use the platform for digitalization of monitoring and evaluation of quality in school, understanding the importance of quality indicators and automatic generation of quality monitoring and evaluation reports.

This training module addresses the following topics:

• Understanding the electronic module Monitoring and evaluation
• Understanding the functionalities of the module
• Quality assurance indicators in schools
• Generating reports on quality assurance indicators in schools

All candidates who successfully complete this training will be able to:

• Understand the importance of monitoring and evaluating quality indicators
• Learn how to use the key functions of the digital platform for quality monitoring and evaluation
• Create a questionnaire to gather information on various indicators (e.g., the level of fulfillment of business expectations in relation to the courses offered, or the level of fulfillment of students 'or teachers' expectations in relation to teaching materials, etc.)
• Generate semester, semi-annual, annual reports or as needed.

To ensure effective learning of training materials, the following working methodologies are applied:

• Theory
• Demonstration
• Discussion

The training is taught through presentation in the training room or virtually through the ZOOM platform, where the trainer and assistant trainer explain the module. Candidates are provided the module material and are given space for discussion.

The training is dedicated to the following groups:

• Quality Assurance Coordinators
• School administration staff
• School management

This training program consists of 16 hours, from which there are:

• 8 hours of training
• 4 hours of e-learning
• 4 hours of mentoring

Candidates have the opportunity to obtain a certificate after successful evaluation in the following criteria:

2. Tasks to be completed for certification
