Training objectives

All candidates who successfully complete this training will be able to:

  • Understand key concepts related to Soft Skills
  • Understand the difference between soft and hard skills
  • Understand the importance of soft skills
  • Learn how to improve these skills
  • Understand key occupations where certain skills are needed

Learning methodology

To ensure effective learning of training materials, the following working methodologies are applied:

  • Theory
  • Demonstration
  • Discussion

The training is taught through presentation in the training room or virtually through the ZOOM platform, where the trainer and assistant explain the module. Candidates are provided the module material and are given space for discussion.

The training is dedicated to the following groups:

  • Teachers of all curricular fields
  • Lower secondary school students
  • Upper secondary school students

Training Duration

16 hours of training over 2 days

Certification

Candidates have the opportunity to obtain a certificate after successful evaluation in the following criteria:
